Tasty steak – ex-racing ‘orse!

Chicken-liver meatballs

Kidney kebab

Anchovies and capers

Claws of crab

Cow’s tongue casserole

Lobster ‘ot-pot

Mussels in cream

I just see if we got.

Squid or scallops…taste like er fish

And skin of rat

Crispy tail of Siamese cat

Spice of slug

Or dead ghoul-ash

Grated toe

With chips or mash.
